My name is Ossa Kierkegaard, i am a Swedish contemporary artist based in Amsterdam.
I reflect on the challenges of being human, being a woman, being a color, being a mother, being someone with baggage and a past and I relate this within a larger context; in nature, through history or in broader social and political developments. At this moment of time my line of thought and subjects swims in similar waters as the concept of Hydrofeminism, (Astrida Neimanis.) We are all one and the same, we are all being contained by water as well as we are all carriers of that same water.’
